We carry out full overhauls and rebuilds on main and auxiliary engines, with breakdown response coordinated to the vessel’s location. Turbocharger services cover overhaul, repair, and dynamic balancing across all major makers.
Shaftline work is performed in-situ where possible — laser shaft alignment, crankshaft machining, and shaftline inspection without the cost or delay of a dry-dock visit.

Deck machinery servicing, gearbox maintenance, and propulsion system upkeep are handled by the same team. Every attendance is documented and signed off — no open items left on departure.
For breakdown response, we target on-site attendance within 24 hours at all major ports. The engineer attending is accountable to us, and we are accountable to you.
PLC fault diagnosis, programming corrections, and on-site repair for emission control, ballast management, energy management, and engine room automation systems. We work across all major PLC platforms with full software troubleshooting capability.
Control panel and switchboard repair and upgrade — including power distribution panels. Sensor calibration, replacement, and full instrumentation fault resolution with documentation included as standard.
Remote support is available as a first response for all electronic and automation faults — reducing vessel downtime before physical attendance is required. Where on-site attendance is needed, engineers are dispatched to the vessel’s next port.
Fire, flame, and gas detection systems are serviced in the same scope — sensor replacement, loop testing, panel reconfiguration, and PSC finding resolution with formal close-out documentation.

On-board servicing and PSC deficiency resolution for Ballast Water Treatment Systems across all major approved types. Scrubber performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and on-board attendance for open and closed-loop systems.
Tank Level Gauging System fault diagnosis and repair. BMS after-sales diagnostics and fault response — including electrical integration checks with propulsion and power management systems.

PSC and CIC inspection attendance is available for all environmental and safety systems. Findings are managed through to formal close-out — written documentation provided before the vessel sails.
We do not subcontract without disclosure. Every attendance, finding, and resolution is tracked and reported back to the fleet operator or technical superintendent.
