Ballast Water Treatment System supply for both newbuild and retrofit projects. We manage the full installation scope — system selection, engineering coordination, commissioning support, and flag state or class acceptance. Authorized spare parts supplied from day one.

Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems — open loop, closed loop, and hybrid scrubbers. Retrofit project support from system supply through to commissioning, with performance verification and regulatory compliance confirmed before handover.



Tank Level Gauging Systems — project setup, installation coordination, and full commissioning. Sensor placement, cabling, and panel integration verified against the vessel’s cargo and ballast configuration before sign-off.

All environmental system installations are documented for class and flag state submission. No commissioning is closed out without a confirmed operational test and written acceptance record.


Battery and Energy Storage System installation supervision and commissioning across DNV-certified platforms. Electrical integration with propulsion systems, switchboards, and power management verified at each stage — no assumptions, no shortcuts.

Control panel, switchboard, and power distribution panel supply and installation. We handle cabinet assembly, wiring, labelling, and functional testing — with full documentation handed over to the vessel’s chief engineer on completion.


Fire, flame, and gas detection system installation and commissioning — addressable and conventional systems. Loop testing, panel configuration, and detector placement carried out to class requirements, with full handover documentation.

PSC acceptance is considered at every stage of installation. Systems are commissioned to be inspection-ready from day one — not corrected after the first port call.



PLC programming and configuration for emission control, ballast management, energy management, and engine room automation systems. New installations and retrofits handled — logic written, tested, and validated against the vessel’s operational profile before commissioning sign-off.

Hardware and software upgrades carried out on existing automation and environmental systems — extending service life and restoring full functionality without full system replacement.



Software fault diagnosis and troubleshooting during and after commissioning. Remote support available as a first response — on-site attendance arranged where required. The commissioning engineer who programs the system remains the point of contact for post-installation queries.

Every PLC configuration and upgrade is documented with version-controlled software records. No undocumented changes. Clean handover to vessel crew and technical management every time.
